Of course we were looking for an excuse to post about ZIG ZAGS again. The Los Angeles-based band just released their first record in Europe on Who Can You Trust? Records in Germany. The 7″ combines the A-sides from their previous singles on Mexican Summer and Tubesteak Tuesday.
After dropping one of our favorite records of 2012 on Art Fag Recordings, PLATEAUS have been silent for much of 2013. Mt. Inhumanistic is his third album in as many years for Dirtnap Records in Portland, and it’s a record that’s equal parts punk rock, synth pop and sci-fi. Last Laugh Records is a division of Almost Ready Records in Brooklyn, NY. They just reissued a 7″ originally from Killed By Death in 1978 by a punk band from Scotland called FIRE EXIT.
