PURLING HISS’ Paisley Montage was originally supposed to be a tour-only cassette tape in 2011. Unfortunately it never saw the light of day because the band left the whole box of brand new tapes on top of their tour van and drove off. The end result was a bunch of destroyed cassettes along the Schuylkill Expressway, ultimately leaving Philadelphia’s Richie Records to re-release the album on vinyl.
